1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Netaviraline available at netaviraline.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein by reference.
2. Services Overview
Netaviraline specializes in IT security consulting, digital literacy training, and related educational offerings designed to enhance organizational resilience and individual competence in a digital environment.
3. Offerings
3.1 Professional Services
Custom IT security assessments, on-site workshops, remote support, and training sessions carried out by qualified experts.
3.2 Digital Learning & Info Products
Online courses, video tutorials, downloadable guides, and other digital materials aimed at improving digital literacy and security practices.
3.3 Physical Goods
Branded instructional kits, hardware security tools, printed materials, and other tangible items available for purchase.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for all offerings are presented on the Site at the time of purchase or booking. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards processed through secure gateways.
5. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy
Netaviraline provides specific guidelines for reimbursement and schedule changes based on the offering type:
- Professional Services: You may request to modify your booking no less than 48 hours before the scheduled session. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to timing or scope. If you request a session adjustment at least 48 hours in advance, no fee will apply. If expert preparation has commenced within 24 hours of the session or if the session has started, Netaviraline does not provide reimbursements due to dedicated allocation of resources.
- Digital Learning & Info Products: Purchases of digital courses or materials are eligible for a reimbursement request within 7 calendar days of acquisition provided no more than 20% of the material has been accessed. To request a reimbursement, please use the Contact Us form. Approved reimbursements will be settled back to the original payment method within 10 business days. After the 7-day period or once over 20% of content is accessed, we cannot process reimbursements, as digital materials cannot be reclaimed once distributed.
- Physical Goods: You may send back unopened items in original packaging within 30 calendar days of shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of goods, Netaviraline will process a reimbursement to the original payment source within 14 business days. Replacements or swaps are available for items found to be defective upon arrival.
6. Modifications to Services
Netaviraline may update or adjust service features, course content, or product specifications. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email at least 10 days prior to implementation.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any offering for violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of Site resources. Upon termination for cause, no reimbursements will be processed.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in an appropriate tribunal located in Toronto.
